Pine cat litter has been known to be made from wood combining its fibrous structure with strong moisture control. But keep in mind any cat litter which involves pine should never be flushed down a toilet even though it is organic. Toilets have their own waste disposal methods which can at times be harmful to use, so instead follow the set guidelines to recycle nutrients back into soil through compost piles.
